CYLINDER SUPPLY

Acail provides its customers a wide range of cylinders/racks of several capacities, for the different needs of its productive processes. For monthly consumption of low or medium gas volume and with mobility, the individual or interconnected gas cylinders are the suitable form of supply. Acail provides all the support on applications, processes and on how to use gases and cylinders safely. Each cylinder is equipped with valves according the gas and the pressure.

For applications that demands higher capacities, Acail provides racks of different cylinder quantities, interconnected.

LIQUID DISTRIBUTION AND STORAGE

Acail provides cryogenic gases, through its fleet of trucks all over the territory, safely and reliable. The gas is stored at customers' facilities in cryogenic tanks of liquefied gases, vacuum insulated. Acail will analyze with the customer the suitable size of the applicable tank, according the volume, intended pressure, flow rate, operation and area. The liquid is vaporized and supplied as gas through the supply pipeline or as liquid being directly provided from the deposit, through the cryogenic pipeline, vacuum insulated.Storage system incorporates the following elements:

• Evaporator deposit or tank
• Gasifier
• Valves and connections
• Electric cabinet
• Telemetry system

Acail Vision telemetry systems can monitor, continuously, the product level on its deposit, therefore it’s possible to plan the date and time of new gas deliveries.

ON-SITE SUPPLY

Is possible to place Nitrogen, Oxygen and Hydrogen production systems and on-site supply, built as standardized components which ensures costs effectiveness and efficiency.
